ELL Finance p.l.c. was incorporated with the objective of acquiring and managing strategic assets in the infrastructure, parking, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.

Founded by ELL Investments Limited on 18 July 2025, the company consolidates the diverse and long-standing business interests of Mr. Salvu Ellul and his sons, a family with a proven legacy of entrepreneurship and value creation across multiple industries in Malta.

ELL Finance plc represents the next step in the Ellul family’s journey: the creation of a transparent, forward-looking corporate structure designed to manage and grow a diversified investment portfolio that contributes to Malta’s long-term economic development.

Note that two (2) ordinary shares in the Company are held by (i) Gian Carlo Ellul and (ii) Paolo Andrea Ellul.

Bond Details

ELL Finance plc issued €30,000,000 secured bonds in 2026 with a coupon of 5.35% and a maturity date of 2036. The bonds have a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par.
